Sony Ericsson today officially launched their new Sony Ericssn Jalou Dolce & Gabbana edition phone, with a new campaign to highlight the phone's fashion sensibilities. By itself, the S/E Jalou isn't much to look at. It's a very small flip phone, only 73mm long, which Sony Ericsson helpfully points out is probably shorter than your favorite lipstick. The 3G-enabled flip phone gets a fairly average assortment of modern features, including a 3.2-megapixel camera with geo tagging, but no auto focus function. Perhaps Sony Ericsson thinks you'll prefer your home fashion shoot a little blurry? The Jalou also sports an FM radio, and the phone will be able to synchronize with an Exchange ActiveSync account, a surprisingly business-like feature for this fashionable little device.
